We want to make sure every member of The Maui Wowie Ohana is completely satisfied - it's just part of living the Aloha Spirit. We offer a 30 day conditional warranty on all damaged or defective items. Items that meet our conditions shall be returned and/or replaced at no additional charge. New items that can be restocked will be allowed an in-house credit, but will be charged for shipping and handling costs. We can not accept returns of any used or cleaned Bootube, sorry.
We do not use any contact information for any purpose other than contacting you. Occasionally we send out emails to notify customers & wholesalers of changes in policy, or if conditions require us to do so. If you receive any unsolicited email from us, we want to know about it. We do not spam.
All confidential and private data is securely processed and encrypted according to documented, established industry standards and procedures. We handle all transactions in accordance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security Standards.
Shipping Export Restrictions and Timing
We comply with all local, state, federal, and international export restrictions and do not ship to locations where applicable restrictions apply. Most orders are shipped UPS ground within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
